The end of an era

Ten months almost to the day.

1.8 kg (4 lbs) of yarn, equating to about 3.7 km (2 miles) in length.

16 colours with five repeats.

38,400 stitches in 160 rows.

And I'm done.

That looks amazing - and is enough to inspire me to fish out the hook and have a go at something very very basic!!!

thanks for all your lovely comments!

I used the 'soft waves' pattern from 200 ripple stitches. It is quite straightforward with not too much counting!

Its beautiful!!!
I'm also making one from the same pattern, but I'm only about 1/5 of the way there. Love the colours and ordered calm of your ripples, they're very restful on the eyes.
Congratulations!
